Qualification: Any Graduate with computer knowledge
Location: HCL Campus, Noida Sec 126.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of PF ,ESI & LWF
- Implementing staff welfare policies with key focus on enhancing employee motivation.
- Maintenance of employee documentations, Time office/Leave/Attendance maintenance.
- Handling New License or renewal for Client and venders.
- Preparing Integrated annual Returns and Half yearly Returns.
- Handling New Employee joining and exit formalities
- Handling Employee payment and PF queries.
