We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at taxclix.in, Karnataka's First AI Based Accounting Bookkeeping Taxation and Business Consultation company. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This is a Full-Time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with an opportunity for growth and career development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to effectively utilize job boards and social media platforms
• Experience in screening resumes and conducting interviews
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in HR management software and applicant tracking systems

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and acquire top talent
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications
