To Source profiles from various job portals & schedule interviews Co-ordinate with the shortlisted candidates for the next levels of interviews till closure. Regular follow-ups with offered candidates till on-boarding. (Follow up with selected candidates for joining formalities. ) Follow up for offer letters, appointment letters.

Taking care of Internal Job Posting. Giving inductions & orientation to the new joinee's Employee personal record maintenance Initiating the Employee engagement activities Maintaining Database for Future use Identifying the training and development needs of the employee to fulfill the organization requirements.

Pay role Processing. Issuing payslip to every employee Attendance Management of the Employee Housekeeping Management Exit formalities ( Issuing Relieving.

Experience letter and conducting the exit interview if required)

Employee engagement activities like pre birthday celebration, festival decorations & celebration, Fun Fridays
