Job Overview


We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Taslap Services. This is a full-time position based in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales in your assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Valid driver's license


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate leads and drive sales in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Effectively demonstrate product knowledge and features
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions


Key Responsibility:


  • Co-ordinate with the client for product and services promotion.
  • To give presentations to the clients

Eligibility and Qualification:


  • Only Male candidate required
  • Graduation must (Any graduate can apply)
  • Candidate must have good communication skills and must be presentable.
