Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our US Process team in Tiruchirappalli. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience in business development or related fields. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving lead generation and developing client relationships, contributing to TaSa IT Services' exciting expansion plans.
Qualifications and Skills
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Ability to efficiently identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Expertise in developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive business success.
- Cold Calling: Proficient in making effective cold calls to reach potential prospects and convert them into valuable clients.
- Prospecting: Adept at conducting market research to identify potential leads and assess their viability for the company's offerings.
- Team Leadership: Capacity to inspire and guide a team towards achieving strategic business development objectives.
- Bulk Mailing: Experience in using bulk mailing strategies to effectively communicate with a large number of prospects and clients.
- Business Development: Proven skills in developing and executing business development plans to drive growth and profitability.
- US Process: Understanding of US business practices and regulations to effectively manage and facilitate business operations overseas.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation techniques and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to engage potential clients and present the company’s value propositions.
- The business development team need to strategize and implement effective projects.
- Use bulk mailing techniques to reach out to prospects efficiently and communicate promotional offers or updates.

- Keep abreast with industry trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
