Job Overview

We are looking for a Manager Affiliate to join our team at Tapcrunch. As a Manager Affiliate, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic affiliate partnerships. This role is based in Delhi, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Ad tech network for App growth.
• Proven track record of driving affiliate growth and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and industry tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic affiliate onboarding plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Candidate should be able to bring in value and business on the table through existing industry relations.
• Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns, including monitoring performance, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with program terms and conditions.
• Track and report on key metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment.
• Identify new affiliate opportunities and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to ensure alignment and campaign success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in affiliate marketing.
