Responsibilities
- Reviewing resumes and applications
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
- Strong knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Proven working experience in recruiting
- Exposure in the entire hiring process from sourcing, searching, screening from different references, portals, and social media.
- Experience working on any ATS will be an added advantage
