Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Unit Sales Manager to join our team at Talish Solutions. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of our company, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Anand, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in channel sales and unit sales. They should also have strong skills in agency relationship management and sales management.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in channel sales and unit sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of agency relationship management
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry professionals
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations
