Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Front Desk Executive to join our team at Talish Solutions, a leading consultancy providing end-to-end recruitment solutions. As a Front Desk Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the front desk operations and ensuring excellent customer service experience for our clients and visitors. This is a Full-Time position based in Juhu, Maharashtra, India, with an ideal candidate having 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle pressure and challenging situations with a positive attitude
Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is well-presented at all times
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various teams, such as preparing documents, filing, and data entry
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
