Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and motivated Front Desk Executive to join our team at Talish Solutions, a leading consultancy providing end-to-end recruitment solutions. As a Front Desk Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the front desk operations and ensuring excellent customer service experience for our clients and visitors. This is a Full-Time position based in Juhu, Maharashtra, India, with an ideal candidate having 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle pressure and challenging situations with a positive attitude


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is well-presented at all times
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support to various teams, such as preparing documents, filing, and data entry
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when needed
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
