Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Manager to join our team at Talish Solutions, a leading consultancy in the recruitment industry. As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of our clinic in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in clinic management. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of hospital marketing and management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in clinic management software
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations with clarity and professionalism
- Previous experience in hospital marketing is an advantage
- Certification in Clinic Management or Healthcare Administration is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the clinic
- Ensure the clinic operates efficiently and meets all regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance clinic performance and patient satisfaction
- Supervise and train clinic staff to provide high-quality healthcare services
- Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure effective patient care
- Monitor clinic budget and financial performance
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and increase clinic visibility
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Address patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology
