Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Clinic Head to join our team at Talish Solutions. As the Clinic Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our clinic in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position and requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. As a Clinic Head, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and managing a team of medical professionals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field( Bams, MD)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulations
• Proven ability to effectively manage a team
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in computer systems and medical software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitoring Patient’s treatment

Treat the patients according to Ayurvedic System of Medicine

Performing duties like checking Sugar, BP etc.

Monitoring the Improvement of Patient

Taking follow up from the nurses about regular treatment and dose of the patients.

Skills & Strength

Can execute an entire work individually.

Can focus on multiple tasks at the same time.

Fully devoted to work and Absolutely professional.

Good demonstration and communication skills both verbally and written.
