Job Overview

Talish Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is based in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends is a plus
• Willingness to travel as required

Roles and Responsibilities

Arranging Free Health Checkup Camp in Bank, corporate & society for Sales and Promotion.

Promote our product and services through event activity in the Corporate

Develop and Maintain Relationships with Hr. Managers in Corporate Identify and Develop sources of potential business

Tie up with New SMEs for the Company.

Coordinating promotional activities, events

Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns

Desired Skills & Experienced:

Any Graduate

2 to 4 Years’ Experience in Sales & Marketing

Strong communication and people- skills

Self-sufficient and self-motivated.
