We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Pure Ayurveda public listed Company. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all accounting regulations. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India, and requires 1 to 5 years of experience in accounting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience of 1 to 5 years in accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and ethical standards

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive data
• Stay updated on accounting best practices and industry trends to ensure compliance and optimize financial processes
• Assist in developing and implementing internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets
