  • Having a problem-solving approach.

Ideal Candidate

  • Commercial insurance experience, e.g. in group health, property and liability, is very useful
  • B2B sales experience is a must
  • The candidate may have worked with a insurance broker or with the direct selling side of insurers.
  • Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way.
  • A strong problem-solving approach
  • Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives
  • Drive to build a large business and progress withing SecureNow
  • Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.
