Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning


*Define project scope. goals. and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

*Develop comprehensive proiect plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource 

 requirements.

*Identify and assess project risks and develop migation strategies.


  1. Project Execution

*Coo rdinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.

*Monitor project progress, t rack milestones, and ensure adherence to established timelines.

*Manage proiect budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.

*Communicate project status, updates. and issuesl to stakeholders and leadership.


  1. Stakeholder Management.

*Engage with internal and external stakeholders togather  prefect requirements and expectations.

*Maintain regular communication wit h stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing project updates.

*Build and maintain positive working relationships with learn members. vendors, and clients.


4. Risk Management

*Identify potent ial risks, issues, and dependencies and develop appropriate risk management strategies.

*Proactively address and resolve project-related challenges to minimize disruptions.


5.Qualit y Assurance

*Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align wilh business objectives.

*Conduct thorough testing and quality checks before project deliverables are finalized.


6.Change Management

*Facilitate the  implementation of  changes within the organization. ensuring  smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.





  1. Documentation

*Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including proiect plans. status reports, and meeting minutes.


8. Post-Proiect Evaluation

*Conduct post-project reviews to assess project successidentify lessons learned. and recommend process improvements.


Background:


*Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science. Business Management. or related field.

*PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certificat ion is a plus.

*8 to  10 years of experience i n IT  project  management  f or  medium/ large organisations  demonstrating successful delivery of complex proiects.

*Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. tools, and techniques.

*Proficiency in proiect  management soft ware and tools.

*Flexibility to adapt to c hanging priorities and manage multiple proiects simultaneously.

*Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

*Experience in  implementing  CRM and Business analytics applications is a  plus.

*Experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics ERP is a plus


Package: Rs. 25-30 LPA
