Job Description:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and highly motivated North Indian female candidate with exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi. This pivotal position involves coordinating with emerging leaders, addressing grievances, orchestrating stage programs, and handling social media presence.
Responsibilities:
Imparting digital selling skills
Training and hand holding business executives across the country to digitally retail our products. Leading the social media team of the company.
Handling Key Accounts:
Strategically manage and cultivate relationships with key accounts to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience. Address concerns and grievances promptly, ensuring a consistently positive relationship with key distributers.
Organizing conferences:
Conceptualize, plan, and flawlessly execute captivating stage programs and events for business executives, guaranteeing a seamless and engaging experience.
Experience and Qualifications:
-A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing in a NSE listed company distinct advantage.
-Demonstrated experience in programs or events.
MBA or a relevant degree from a leading institute in marketing, business, or a related field.
Criteria’s:
Job role require Female candidate
Candidate with LML background will be a plus
Language: Excellent in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
Excellent communication and internal personal skills
Job role requires extensive travelling within India (Mainly North India and South)
