Assistant Manager – Business Process (IT)
Responsible to take ownership of existing digital systems, understand technology trends to develop innovative IT solutions, IT infrastructure and provide strategic guidance on use of digital solutions for business process enhancement.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Understand local Business processes to adapt global IT solutions and customise it by designing and developing solutions for the local requirements.
· Manage assigned IT projects to ensure fulfilment of business requirement and adhere to schedule, and scope of project.
· Define project tasks and resource requirements, develop detailed project plan depending on solution complexity, priorities and deliverables.
· Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
· Collect, analyze, summarize information and trends accurately as needed for business data and prepare project status reports to action recommendation for management in timely manner to lead business enhancement.
· Responsible for enhancing existing IT systems (ERP, CRM, BI etc.) with collaboration of APAC/GLOBAL team.
· Total business data infrastructure development, strategy implementation & management including Data analysis,
· Visualisation, action recommendation to management to lead business enhancement.
· Provide training for new system implementation and train new users.
· Project management and planning.
