Ensure timely rollout of the execution initiatives within the area assigned.  Own the deployment with regards to cost, quality, timelines and resources.  Liaison with peers and circle leadership team for timely resolution of issues and escalations.  Work closely with contractors, vendors and ensure all project work is being done as per the approved standards without compromising on the cost and quality.  Ensure that the circle teams are fully informed about the progress, work and feedback on the work being done by the contractors
