Profile-Java Technical Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the Software development and architecture team to take the development to the next
level
• Development, Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product
• Liaising with team members & management to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Work on remote virtual development infrastructure provided by the organization.
• Expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis and framework components.
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team.
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
• Ability to reuse components and/ or plan for development of reusable components
• Contribute to the development along with team task management & work reviews.
Requirements and qualifications:
• 8-12 years of relevant technology specific experience;
• Application Design, Development & Maintenance of technology solutions in J2EE technologies;
• Relevant hands-on programming experience in Spring Boot, Data JPA, Spring Batch is a must.
Experience in Spring MVC and components of Spring Framework is also required.
• Good Experience in skills like Struts, J2EE, JDBC/SQL, and JSP/HTML
• Should have experience in developing RESTful Web service using Spring for CRUD operations
• Should have strong Database (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Maria DB) knowledge. Experience in
PostgreSQL and Oracle is must.
• Strong competencies in Security concepts, Spring Security, JWT, OWASP, Encryption in Data Layer
for critical data;
• Experience in implementing caching libraries like Redis, eh-cache etc.
