Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting and resolving customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time position based in Kurukshetra, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Empathetic and patient with the ability to handle challenging situations
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
• Meet customer service performance targets
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
