Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support professional to join our team at Talentport Recruitment Services. As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our clients and candidates. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good computer skills and familiarity with customer support software
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with recruitment or staffing industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information
• Assist clients and candidates with any issues or concerns they may have
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Handle incoming calls and emails and redirect them to the appropriate team members
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation
• Document all customer interactions and maintain an accurate database
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support experience
