We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Talentport Recruitment Services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India,

1. International Voice/Non-Voice Process
2. Rotational Evening and Night shift

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client and candidate information
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responding to inquiries from clients and candidates via phone calls, emails, and online platforms
• Providing accurate information and guidance on our recruitment services
• Assisting clients and candidates with their recruitment needs, including job applications, interviews, and onboarding processes
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
