As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and candidates. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The role is open to Fresher and experienced candidates

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Salary 20k - 30k CTC (based on performance)
• Rotational Shifts and 5 days working
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and candidates
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools
• Familiarity with the recruitment industry and the job market is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients and candidates, addressing their queries and providing assistance
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Ensure timely response to client and candidate inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients and candidates in a professional and efficient manner
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify suitable job opportunities for candidates
• Manage and update the customer database with relevant information
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to provide informed assistance to clients and candidates
