Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Associate for Talentport Recruitment Services. As a Customer Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our clients and candidates. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. This role is suitable for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responding to client and candidate inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Providing information and guidance on available job opportunities
• Screening and shortlisting candidates based on their skills and qualifications
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
• Updating and maintaining the candidate database
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
