Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Call Center Executive with less than 1 year of experience. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a positive and efficient manner
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines when interacting with customers
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure customer confidentiality and data protection
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned.
