Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Noida (Hybrid). This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in technical recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various technical roles. The Technical Recruiter will play a key role in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent in our industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in candidate assessment (Mandatory skill) with a proven ability to evaluate technical skills and competencies.
- Proficiency in negotiation (Mandatory skill) to ensure competitive offers and candidate approval.
- LinkedIn sourcing (Mandatory skill) experience for identifying and engaging potential candidates.
- Strong sourcing skills to identify and attract top talent through various channels.
- Excellent screening abilities to differentiate high-potential candidates from a large pool of applicants.
- Interviewing expertise to effectively conduct and manage candidate interviews.
- Solid technical knowledge to understand job requirements and communicate with technical candidates.
- Strong communication skills for clear and effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and market research.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define strategic job profiles.
- Manage the recruitment process including negotiation, offer preparation, and candidate onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
