Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Noida (Remote). This is a full-time position requiring 2 to 4 years of work experience in technical recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various technical roles. The Technical Recruiter will play a key role in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent in our industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in candidate assessment (Mandatory skill) with a proven ability to evaluate technical skills and competencies.
  • Proficiency in negotiation (Mandatory skill) to ensure competitive offers and candidate approval.
  • LinkedIn sourcing (Mandatory skill) experience for identifying and engaging potential candidates.
  • Strong sourcing skills to identify and attract top talent through various channels.
  • Excellent screening abilities to differentiate high-potential candidates from a large pool of applicants.
  • Interviewing expertise to effectively conduct and manage candidate interviews.
  • Solid technical knowledge to understand job requirements and communicate with technical candidates.
  • Strong communication skills for clear and effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.


  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and market research.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define strategic job profiles.
  • Manage the recruitment process including negotiation, offer preparation, and candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
