Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust, high-performing React Native applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and scalable web applications.
• Architect solutions leveraging JavaScript, ES6+, and state management tools like Redux.
• Implement complex UI components ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.
• Optimize performance and scalability across devices and platforms.
• Work with RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous requests efficiently.
• Champion best practices in frontend development, including accessibility and automated testing.
• Mentor and guide a team of frontend developers, delivering projects from concept to completion.

Preferred Competencies

• React Native Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience, with a strong grasp of advanced concepts.
• JavaScript Mastery: Deep proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+; experience with state management tools like Redux.
• Performance Optimization: Expertise in scalable application design, animations, and performance tuning.
• Socket and Animation Knowledge: Experience in socket communication and UI animations.
• API Integration: Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Leadership: Proven experience mentoring teams and managing end-to-end development projects.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, and other testing frameworks.
• Understanding of accessibility and frontend best practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
