Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure proactive hiring for critical positions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to ensure a cultural and skill fit for the organization.
- Handle client interactions, understanding their hiring requirements, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic insights and adapt hiring strategies to stay competitive.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Maintain and enhance the employer brand through a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in tech hiring, preferably from the recruitment industry (agency or consulting).
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies across the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent client-handling skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
- Awareness of current market trends and the ability to provide strategic insights to hiring teams.
- Candidates from US IT Recruitment or Corporate Recruitment will not be considered.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruiting for Pan India roles is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
