Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Engineer specializing in Front End development to join a fabulous engineering team. This role is Bengaluru-based team in a flexible hybrid/onsite setup.

In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to design and implement innovative web applications that enhance user experience and drive business success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the overall technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable web applications using modern front-end technologies.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices in software development.

- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, integrating them into existing systems when appropriate.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Proven experience in building responsive and user-friendly web applications.

- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.

- Familiarity with back-end technologies and RESTful APIs is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for mentoring others.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with TypeScript and state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
