Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems and robust APIs using Python (Flask/Django).
• Optimize and manage data storage with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Design scalable, reliable systems leveraging AWS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure superior software quality.
• Contribute to strategic architectural and product decisions in a dynamic environment.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on backend development experience with Python (Flask/Django).
• Proficiency in MongoDB/PostgreSQL and AWS services.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and best practices in CI/CD and version control.
• Startup experience or exposure to Product, eCommerce, or SaaS industries is a plus.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch and Generative AI concepts (NLP, LLMs).
• Knowledge of ElasticSearch, distributed systems, and high-volume web applications.
• Front-end familiarity: HTML/CSS, advanced JavaScript.
• Strong grasp of SQL and database design fundamentals.
