Exciting Opportunity: Founding Engineer - Backend (Python Expert) 

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (On-site, 6 days a week)

This is a cutting-edge AI SaaS Sales Platform company, incorporated in the US and backed by a Tier 1 VC. Currently, the company is transforming the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for B2B Tech companies in the US and rapidly expanding its Bengaluru team. Key Responsibilities: 

- Develop and maintain backend systems and robust APIs using Python and Django to serve clients’ needs.

- Optimize and manage data storage solutions with MongoDB.

- Ensure scalability and reliability with AWS infrastructure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client business requirements into high-quality solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure superior software quality.

- Contribute to strategic architectural and product decisions in a dynamic startup environment.

Who We’re Looking For: 

- 2+ years of hands-on backend development experience with Python and Django.

- Proficiency with MongoDB and AWS.

- Strong command of software development best practices, including version control, CI/CD, and testing.

- Startup experience is a plus, with a knack for problem-solving and working independently.

- Passion for building scalable, client-centric systems.

- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow or PyTorch) and a strong grasp of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs is an advantage.

Preferred Industry Experience: Product, eCommerce, and AI organizations.

What You’ll Bring: 

- Expertise in at least one high-level language (Python, JavaScript, etc.).

- Familiarity with front-end HTML/CSS and advanced JavaScript.

- Knowledge of SQL and database design fundamentals.

- Strong communication skills and a proven track record in tech product management.

Bonus Points for: 

- Experience with ElasticSearch, distributed systems, and high-volume web applications.

- Prior startup experience.
