Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Software Engineer specializing in Node.js to join our Client's dynamic team in Delhi. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years of work experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving technology solutions, leading software projects, and ensuring high standards in software functionality and performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on software architecture and Node.js., React Native, Reactjs.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring software engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in code review processes to ensure high-quality and efficient code is maintained.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex system issues.
• Hands-on experience in system integration, ensuring seamless operation between diverse software components.
• Proficient in Agile development methodologies and best practices.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles and the ability to architect robust and scalable solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions using Node.js.
• Architect and implement scalable and maintainable software systems.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues in the software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge solutions.
• Ensure that software projects are delivered on time and meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
