Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to join an amazing team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 to 8 years of work experience. The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and driving our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-impact products that meet market needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in product strategy, market research, and product management (Mandatory skill).
• Strong ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with diverse teams to achieve project goals.
• Proficiency in data analysis to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making processes.
• Expertise in user experience design principles to ensure the delivery of user-centric products.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps to align with business objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy to achieve business goals and market demands.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective product development and launch.
• Analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver products that meet their needs.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch performance analysis.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to guide user-centric product design and development.
• Ensure continuous improvement through regular feedback loops with users and internal teams.
