Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer for a full-time, mid-level position located in Gurgaon or Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a work experience ranging from 4 to 6 years. The role involves developing advanced algorithms and driving machine learning initiatives to support our technology-driven clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (Mandatory skill) with proven project experience.
• Advanced algorithm development skills (Mandatory skill) for solving complex problems.
• Robust understanding of core machine learning concepts and applications (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch for modeling.
• Proficient in statistical modeling techniques for predictive analysis and data interpretation.
• Strong Python programming skills for developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models.
• Experience in data engineering practices, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark for handling large datasets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to align project objectives and outcomes.
• Utilize natural language processing techniques to enhance data processing capabilities.
• Optimize and fine-tune algorithms for performance and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough research and experimentation to stay updated on current trends and innovations in machine learning.
