Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager - React Native 

Location: Bengaluru (5 days office work) 

Client: US-based 

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - React Native to lead our team for a fast-growing US-based client. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in React Native and JavaScript, along with proven experience managing engineering teams in top-tier Product companies. The candidate should have experience scaling companies from million to billion-dollar valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers to build scalable and performant mobile applications using React Native.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, backend engineers) to deliver end-to-end development projects.

- Ensure best practices in software architecture, code quality, and performance optimization across the development lifecycle.

- Implement Microservices or Micro frontend architectures to create modular, scalable applications.

- Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

- Work closely with leadership to contribute to the strategic direction of the product and help scale the application to meet business goals.

Must-Have Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years of hands-on technical management experience of software engineers.

- At least 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Frontend Developer with advanced expertise in React Native, JavaScript, ES6+, and frontend state management (preferably Redux).

- Proven track record of scaling companies and products in a top-notch product company from million to billion-dollar valuations.

- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and performant applications.

- Familiarity with Microservices or Micro frontend architectures.

- Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
