Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join a leading USA-based SaaS startup in Gurgaon and drive cutting-edge innovation in data science. This is a full-time position at the mid-level, requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), data science, and machine learning, with proficiency in PyTorch, SQL, and Python. The role involves developing and implementing advanced analytical models to solve business problems and improve the decision-making process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, IITs (Preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of experience in data science or related roles.
• Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, particularly PyTorch.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, including libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and tensorflow.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Conduct data analysis and processing using SQL and Python to extract insights from large datasets.
• Develop and deploy NLP models for text analysis, sentiment analysis, and other related tasks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Maintain and improve existing data models and algorithms to enhance performance and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists in the team.
