Principal Architect - Applied Science/ML 

Location: Bengaluru, India 

Experience Required: 12-20 years in Machine Learning, NLP, and RAG Engines

Our platform empowers organizations with Computer Vision for workflow automation, Recommendation Engines for personalized upselling, and Generative AI for CRM and campaign efficiency. Additionally, we enhance customer interactions with NLP-powered Chatbots and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Engines for superior consumer experiences.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI/ML architecture and drive innovation across Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, Propensity Models, and RAG Engines.

- Spearhead the development of a next-gen AI Bot platform, handling Email, Text, and Voice communications, to automate end-to-end processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.

- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and integrate them to maintain our leadership in AI-driven automation.

 Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Data Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field.

- Strong background in probability, statistics, applied mathematics, or computational science.

- Proven track record of solving complex problems using a scientific approach with measurable business impact.

- 12+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Big Data in a business context.

- Proficiency in programming languages like Python.

- Experience with ML algorithms, frameworks, and data visualization tools to turn analysis into actionable insights.

 Preferred Qualifications:

- Expertise in Recommendation Engines and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

- Domain knowledge in the automotive industry.

- Strong problem-solving skills, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to proactively seek clarification when needed.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings in a simple, executive-friendly manner.

- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple product and application teams.

- Eagerness to learn, share, and continuously improve.
