We are seeking a SDE 3 (Backend) for a Blockchain product company in Noida. This role involves spearheading backend development efforts using Node.js and mentoring a team to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions. Key Qualifications and Skills

• Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript with problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Proficiency in designing, building, and managing RESTful APIs.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture patterns and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Docker/containerized application development (preferred).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience in Product, eCommerce, Fintech, Blockchain, or similar industries.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Design, develop, and deploy complex software solutions.
• Build scalable, robust systems and manage high-performance backend services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and address software performance bottlenecks.
• Oversee RESTful API development and backend architecture for distributed systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with stringent quality standards.
