Job Description:

As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of a web applications and ensuring seamless integration of frontend and backend components. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient solutions that meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, from conceptualization to deployment.

- Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable backend solutions using #Python/#Node.js.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using #JavaScript (React.js).

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to maintain code quality and consistency.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively contribute to technical discussions and decisions.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the applications.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Fullstack Developer, with expertise in #Python,#Node.js, and #JavaScript (React.js).

- Strong understanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with database systems such as #PostgreSQL, #MySQL, or #MongoDB.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is preferred.
