Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a frontend development team while contributing as an Individual Contributor (IC).
• Build and maintain dynamic, user-friendly interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript.
• Utilize Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Bootstrap to design visually appealing and responsive layouts.
• Optimize frontend performance with lazy loading and advanced React optimization techniques.
• Integrate frontend systems with REST APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Apply data structures and algorithms (e.g., Arrays, Loops, Stacks, Queues) to solve complex technical challenges.

Required Skills

• JavaScript: Deep understanding of concepts like Prototypes, Event Loop, Closures, Hoisting, Variable Scope, and ES6+ features.
• React.js: Proficiency with Hooks, Redux, and React optimization.
• UI Frameworks: Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Bootstrap.
• Frontend Optimization: Lazy Loading and advanced UI performance techniques.
• REST APIs: Strong experience in API integration.
• DSA: Solid knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (e.g., Arrays, Loops, Stacks, Queues).

Good to Have

• Experience with Next.js and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture.

Preferred Background

• Industry experience in Product, eCommerce, Fintech, SaaS, or Cryptocurrency domains is highly desirable.
