 Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Development: Architect, build, and maintain high-performance web and mobile applications using React JS/React Native.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, Backend) to define, design, and implement new features.

- Advanced JavaScript Solutions: Create and integrate advanced JavaScript/TypeScript solutions, ensuring seamless UI/UX experiences.

- Performance Optimization: Enhance application performance for fast load times, responsiveness, and smooth animations across different browsers and platforms.

- Project Leadership: Lead and manage frontend development projects end-to-end, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.

- API Integration: Efficiently integrate with RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous requests.

- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure robust test coverage using Jest and React Testing Library.

- Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest frontend trends and best practices, advocating for accessibility and responsive design.

- Frontend Tooling: Utilize modern frontend build tools like Webpack and Babel and manage version control with Git.

 Key Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React JS and/or React Native.

- Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and state management techniques (e.g., Redux, MobX).

- Proven expertise in web performance optimization, ensuring applications are fast and responsive.

- Hands-on experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, and version control systems like Git.

- Strong understanding of unit/integration testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.

- Ability to lead complex, end-to-end frontend development projects with a focus on code scalability and quality.

- Experience in integrating and managing RESTful APIs and asynchronous requests.

- Proficiency in creating smooth animations and enhancing frontend performance.

- Strong focus on accessibility best practices to deliver inclusive user experiences.

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
