About the Role:

Talent Nexa Consulting is looking a highly skilled Lead Frontend Developer to join our team for a US-based profitable SaaS product client. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with a primary location in Delhi. As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining high-quality applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative solutions to ensure optimal application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web and mobile applications using React JS/React Native.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Implement advanced JavaScript/TypeScript solutions and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across different browsers and platforms.

- Lead and manage end-to-end frontend development projects, ensuring scalable and maintainable code.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous requests efficiently.

- Utilize frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel) and version control systems (Git) to streamline development processes.

- Ensure code quality by conducting code reviews and writing unit/integration tests using frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to maintain high standards of development.

- Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices to create inclusive user experiences.

Preferred Competencies:

- Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Frontend Developer.

- Expertise: Proven expertise in Angular JS/React JS/React Native, with a strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+, and frontend state management.

- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of web performance optimization, frontend build tools, and version control systems.

- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Leadership: Ability to lead and deliver end-to-end development projects, ensuring high-quality results.

- Performance Optimization: Proficiency in animations and frontend performance optimization techniques.

- Testing: Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.

- Accessibility: Familiarity with accessibility best practices and their implementation.

- CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
