Job Title: Frontend Engineer (JavaScript and React)

Job Location: HSR, Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Engineer proficient in JavaScript and React to join our team. As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our web applications, ensuring they are both visually appealing and highly functional. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate design mockups and user stories into responsive, performant, and intuitive user interfaces.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement user-facing features using React.js and other modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate design mockups and user stories into high-quality code.

- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience across devices and browsers.

- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer or similar role.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js, with a solid understanding of web development principles.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

- Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and frontend optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git and code collaboration tools like GitHub or GitLab.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging frontend technologies and best practices.

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience with TypeScript or other statically typed JavaScript superset.

- Knowledge of GraphQL and modern frontend build tools like Webpack or Rollup.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
