Job Summary: 

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components using React.js, developing high-quality web applications, and collaborating closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers. Your experience with JavaScript, React, and Redux will be key to creating seamless and efficient user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality front-end features using JavaScript, React.js, and Redux.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform design mockups and wireframes into responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.

- Implement and maintain robust front-end architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

- Write efficient, modular, and reusable code following best practices and design patterns.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and manage data flow between the frontend and backend systems.

- Participate in code reviews, identify bugs, and ensure timely fixes.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in frontend development.

Technical Skills Required:

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Hands-on experience with React.js and Redux for state management.

- Understanding of frontend architecture principles and design patterns.

- Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM, and Yarn.

- Familiarity with modern front-end development tools and pipelines.

- Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with TypeScript is a plus.

- Understanding of design thinking principles and user-centered design.

- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme.

- Experience in working with RESTful APIs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in frontend development with a focus on JavaScript and React.
