Role Overview: 

We are looking for a UI Architect to lead and shape the design and development of cutting-edge user interfaces for our advanced cloud-native platform. This role is ideal for a tech visionary with a passion for creating beautiful, efficient, and scalable digital experiences. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- UI Leadership: Define and drive the technical vision for user interfaces, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. 

- Component Libraries: Build reusable UI components and libraries to ensure consistency and accelerate development across multiple products. 

- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to deliver seamless and innovative user experiences. 

- Technology Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate the latest technologies to enhance the user interface. 

- Code Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices for frontend development, including clean code standards, testing, and performance optimization. 

- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture. 

Requirements: 

- Experience: 10+ years in frontend/UI development with at least 2 years in an architectural or leadership capacity. 

Technical Skills: 

 - Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. 

 - Expertise in modern frameworks like React.js (preferred) or Angular/Vue.js. 

 - Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems and component libraries. 

- Performance Optimization: Strong skills in debugging, profiling, and fine-tuning frontend performance for scalable applications. 

- Tooling Expertise: Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines. 

- Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a bonus. 

- Agile Mindset: Hands-on experience with Agile development tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence.
