Role Overview:

As an Engineering Manager (.NET), you will spearhead and mentor technical teams in the development of robust and scalable web applications. Your expertise in .NET frameworks, proficiency in cloud technologies, and understanding of Docker/containerized application development will be instrumental in driving our technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance and support in software development processes.

- Harness your expertise in .NET frameworks (ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework) to drive the development of high-quality web applications.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy large-scale web applications on cloud platforms.

- Showcase proficiency in cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS, contributing to the enhancement of our tech stack.

- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent field; Master’s degree preferred.

- 8-12 years of technical experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of .NET frameworks with proven experience in web application development.

- Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially Azure or AWS, is advantageous.

- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications on the cloud is preferred.

- Proficiency in Docker/containerized application development is desirable.
