**Job Description: Engineering Manager (.NET)**

**Role Overview:**

As an Engineering Manager (.NET) at our Internet company in Noida, you will lead and mentor technical teams to develop robust and scalable web applications. We're seeking someone with in-depth knowledge of .NET frameworks, experience with cloud technologies, and a strong understanding of Docker/containerized application development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance and support in software development.

- Utilize expertise in .NET frameworks (ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework) to drive the development of high-quality web applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy large-scale web applications on the cloud.

- Demonstrate proficiency in cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS, contributing to the enhancement of our tech stack.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent field; Master’s degree is preferred.

- 8-12 years of technical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of .NET frameworks and proven experience in developing web applications.

- Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure or AWS, is advantageous.

- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications on the cloud is preferred.

- Proficiency in Docker/containerized application development is desirable.
