Role Overview:

As a Manager specializing in Node.js, you'll lead the development of robust, scalable software solutions that power our cutting-edge products. We're seeking a talented individual with deep expertise in Node.js development and a passion for driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of talented engineers in designing, implementing, and deploying Node.js applications.

- You will manage a team of 15+ members and over a period, multiple products portfolios. 

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.

- Architect and develop back-end services and APIs using Node.js, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in Node.js development, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8 - 12 Years of Technical experience of which, 3+ years in Immersive/ Metaverse products.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development, with a strong command of JavaScript.

- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Expertise in building scalable, high-performance back-end systems and RESTful APIs using Node.js.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React.js or Angular.js is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
