What We’re Looking For: 🔑 12-15 years of experience in data science, with 3-5 years in leadership roles (SaaS or B2B product experience preferred)

🔑 Proven success in leading and scaling data science teams

🔑 Hands-on skills in Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

🔑 Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization

🔑 PhD or advanced degree in a related field (preferred) with research experience is a plus
